Squaw Creek Golf Club is a Semi-Private 18 hole golf course located 10 miles west of Loop 820 in Willow Park, Texas.
Squaw Creek Golf Club opened in 1971. The course was designed by Ralph Plummer.
Squaw Creek sits on hilly terrain. The greens are fairly sloped, and the fairways are tree lined. A creek and a 29 acre lake come into play on 12 of Squaw Creek's 18 holes. Golf Course was rated "the #2 Best Bang for the Buck in DFW" by the Dallas Morning News.
Par for the course is 71. From the back tees the course plays to 6,749 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 5,575 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 16, a par-5 that plays to 595 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 6, a par-3 that plays to 165 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 16, the 595 yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Squaw Creek Golf Club is # 6, the 165 yard par-3.

Walked Squaw Creek ($23.xx excellent walking rate for a weekend). Very nice natural setting - quiet and peaceful. Houses are on the golf course but they are far removed from the fair ways. Tee boxes, fairways, sand traps all well above average condition. Greens are bent grass and they were not in good shape. Apparently excessive heat of late August and early September caused much stress and they have not recovered. Better conditions expected from October - early June. Mike and JV were behind the desk - great fellas. Its all golf @ Squaw Creek - go and play!
